The Maier family's Hofstudien range draws from historic techniques, sustainability and regenerative viticulture. Using minimal intervention wine making and a small antique basket press, Josef and Maria have created a creamy-textured, saline and flinty Grüner Veltliner. Stimulating, complex and elegant, this wine is a very good accompaniment to food. Unfiltered, so expect haziness and sediment.
